7.0/4.5 mm 10.0/13.3 mm, Silbroncho is a double lumen tube made of silicone rubber with a wire reinforced endobronchial tube tip. Due to the characteristics of silicone rubber, Silbronco is soft and less traumatic to the patient at insertion. Furthermore, the tube will not soften like PVC tubes, which makes Silbronco suitable for long term surgery. Silbronco is also especially useful when a tumor lifts up the left main stem bronchus making it almost impossible to position the bronchial blocker with a PVC double lumen tube. However, with Silbronco, placement can be possible due to its softness, flexibility and ability to not kink. Advantages :
