Microcatheter Compatibility: Fibered Platinum Coils .035" Type are designed to be delivered under fluoroscopy using a catheter with minimum inner diameter of .038" and a .035" guidewire. VortX-35 Coils are designed to be delivered under fluoroscopy using a catheter with minimum inner diameter of .040" and  .035" guidewire. The .035" guidewire is used to push the coil through the catheter. The coils come loaded in an introducer for ease of transfer into the catheter. A coil plunger, supplied with the coil, is used to push the coil out of the introducer and into the catheter.
